Processing times:

We do our best to process orders for shipping within 1-2 business days.  As a family operation, we do not usually process orders on weekends or holidays, but you may receive email from us after regular business hours. You will receive tracking information by email when your order is prepared for shipping, and your package will usually be picked up by the carrier on the next business day.

Due to current difficulties with the US Postal Service and the international impact of the ongoing pandemic, we are currently only offering UPS services for international shipping. We have found UPS to be much more reliable than mail that utilizes local government services. Delivery times vary based on the destination country, customs requirements, and class of service.

The quickest way to find out the shipping charge for a specific order is to enter your order into our store and begin the checkout process. Enter your address and select a shipping method. The system will display your shipping charge and an order summary. This summary is available before the system asks for payment.
