Processing times:
We do our best to process orders within 1-2 business days. As a family operation, we do not usually process orders on weekends or holidays, but you may receive email from us after regular business hours. You will receive tracking information by email when your order is prepared for shipping, and your package will usually be picked up by the carrier on the next business day.

The shipping times listed on our checkout page are estimates, not including weekends. These estimates are provided by the carriers, and they may be subject to delays.
Shipping charges are based on order weight and destination.
We offer three domestic (USA) shipping options, which all include tracking:

US Postal Service Media Mail: 3 to 10 business days.
- US Postal Service Priority Mail: 2 to 4 business days
- UPS Ground: 1 to 7 business days
We offer a variety of International (non-USA) shipping options. Delivery services and times vary based on the destination country, customs requirements, and class of service. All of the shipping services that we offer include tracking.
ALERT! Although most countries do not charge import (customs) fees for educational books, those assessments are out of our control and may be due upon delivery.
