Please send us an email at info@StutteringTherapyResources.com indicating what document you were trying to access and when you received the error, and we will troubleshoot the issue with you. Please include as many details as possible, including your username, the type of computer you are using, and the browser that you use. We are typically able to reply within 24 hours.
Note that our system tracks each and every time someone access digital materials, including computer type, operating system, browser, and IP address. You will automatically be locked out of the system if you attempt to access the portal from more than 3 devices or IP addresses. This is to reduce the likelihood that people will share their login information.
Remember, digital materials are for ONE user for their OWN clinical use only. Each user must purchase their own login credentials. Sharing of usernames, passwords, or materials printed from the digital portal is copyright infringement (theft) and is not permitted.
If our logs show that you have been sharing your login information or printed materials with others, you will be locked out of the system, and we will not be able to reauthorize access or grant a refund.
