Our goal at Stuttering Therapy Resources is to help you help people who stutter. If you should decide that our publications are not useful to you for any reason, we will be happy to issue a refund, based on the policies below:
Printed Resources: You may return printed books to us within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund the purchase price (less shipping costs) upon our receipt of the returned materials. Please contact us first (info@StutteringTherapyResources.com), and then package returns carefully and send to: Stuttering Therapy Resources, 8005 Spectrum Drive, McKinney, TX 75072.
Digital Resources: You may request cancellation of access to digital resources within 15 days of purchase, provided that you have not attempted to print any forms or worksheets. Our system tracks all print attempts (regardless of whether the print attempt is successful). If you have attempted to print the materials, then we can not offer a refund for your purchase.
Apparel and merchandise: Our Verbal Diversity clothing products are produced for you at the time of your order from a partner company, Printful. Due to the on-demand personalized printing, we are not able to take exchanges or returns on garments. Please check garment sizing & measurements prior to ordering, as sizing may vary from product to product.
Because we strive to keep prices as low as possible, Stuttering Therapy Resources does not offer discounts to or accept returns from bookstores or resellers.
